The appropriate domain dispute is dependant on the type of top-level domain of the disputed website, for example whether it is a .com, .co.uk, .eu). The following disputes procedures are available:

- Nominet DRS - .uk
- EurlD ADR - .eu
- URS Complaint - .org or .info
