Senior Associate

Priya is a Senior Associate and Chartered Trade Mark Attorney, specialising in brand and design protection and enforcement. Since qualifying in 2018, she has developed a particular interest in media, telecoms and life sciences.

Priya joined Brandsmiths in September 2021 after spending 8 years training and qualifying at a top-tier law firm, whilst being part of their London-based IP team.

She advises clients in relation to a wide range of multi-jurisdictional contentious and non-contentious trade mark matters, including pre-filing strategy, clearances, UKIPO proceedings and domain name disputes.
