Parminder is a Senior Associate and Chartered Trade Mark Attorney.
He has experience across a wide range of trade mark matters, including clearance searching, filing and prosecuting trade mark applications in the UK and overseas, and enforcing trade mark rights globally. He has advised clients across a range of different industries, from food and drink start-ups to global engineering corporations, and he has a particular interest in the automotive industry.
Prior to joining Brandsmiths, Parminder worked at a leading UK firm of patent and trade mark attorneys and also spent time on secondment at The Boots Company PLC.
