Aminder is a Partner in the IP Litigation team at Brandsmiths. He advises clients on disputes across the full spectrum of IP rights, with a particular focus on trade marks, copyright, design rights and passing off. He acts for businesses ranging from global brands to fast-growing companies, across sectors including technology, media, retail and fashion.

His experience spans proceedings before the UK IPO, the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, the High Court and the Court of Appeal. He has represented leading international companies as well as ambitious challenger brands, helping them protect, defend and enforce the rights that underpin their businesses.

Aminder approaches litigation as a strategic tool. Every dispute sits within a wider commercial context, and he focuses on understanding each client’s objectives and pressures from the outset.
