Brandsmiths' latest acquisition will continue its endeavours to becoming the law firm for the world’s leading brands.

Like the hire of Craig Chaplin earlier this year, Stephen’s joining reflects an undeniable period of growth and transformation for Brandsmiths. The firm continues to acquire some of the most well-known household brands as clients, whilst maintaining the same level of service they have become renowned for.

Qualifying as a Chartered UK trade mark attorney, an Irish trade mark attorney, and more recently obtaining further litigation rights, Stephen has 11 years’ experience specialising in both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters. Stephen has also gained invaluable experience working alongside some of the world’s most impressive organisations.

Having previously being in the employ of Seiko Epson Corporation, and later being seconded to the global IP and litigation team of a British multinational automobile manufacturer as well as the trade mark team of a leading UK health and beauty retailer and pharmacy chain, Stephen has plenty of experience in viewing matters from the clients’ perspective.

Speaking on his first week at the firm, Stephen says:
