Before registering a trade mark, we can conduct searches to see if any third parties have registered the same or similar trade marks who could potentially stop your use and registration. We can offer different levels of searches, depending on your budget. These types of searches are more detailed and encompassing, and can identify low, medium and high risk marks. We can also provide a fuller, more detailed, risk report and advice on how to mitigate the risks identified. A full clearance will take approximately 7-10 days from sign-off. If you would like searches done in additional territories such as the US, these will be at an additional fee per territory.
