Stephen is a Partner and Chartered Trade Mark Attorney based in the Manchester office.

He is well versed in all matters relating to trade mark law and practice including clearance searching, prosecution, global portfolio strategy, UK enforcement and litigation, as well as international trade mark enforcement. Stephen also advises on copyright, design rights, and passing off matters as well.

Prior to joining Brandsmiths, Stephen worked at a leading UK firm of patent and trade mark attorneys, and also spent time on secondment at both Jaguar Land Rover and Boots UK Limited.
