Jacob is a Partner as well as Head of Commercial, based in our Manchester office.

Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2015, Jacob has worked with clients across a range of sectors and has particular expertise in intellectual property, commercial agreements and data protection. Jacob advises his clients strategically on the protection of their position in terms of both intellectual property and commercial arrangements.

Jacob spent 12 months acting as General Counsel at global fashion brand Missguided, leading their in-house legal team and advising on their international franchise expansion.
