Hayley is a founding member of Brandsmiths and is a specialist Commercial, Intellectual Property and Media litigator.

Since qualifying in 2016, Hayley has led a number of reported cases with a particular focus on IP: mainly trade marks, designs, confidential information and copyright. Hayley also advises and acts on privacy and defamation matters.

Hayley has in house experience for both Lucozade Ribena Suntory as well as General Counsel at Missguided.

The Legal 500 featured Hayley as a 'Key Lawyer' within Brandsmiths in 2019 and 2020.
