FABIANA ATZENI

IP Litigation Associate

Fabiana is an IP litigation solicitor who advises businesses and individuals on a wide range of intellectual property disputes and commercial IP matters, including trade marks, copyright, designs and domain name disputes. She has experience acting in matters before the UKIPO, High Court and Court of Appeal.

Before joining Brandsmiths, Fabiana developed broad experience across contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters. She qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2021 and obtained a Law Degree from the Second University of Naples, Italy.
