Tina joined Brandsmiths in October 2021 as the firm’s first dedicated HR professional after a 15-year career in different HR roles and industries, including healthcare, insurance and engineering.

An experienced HR generalist, she takes the lead role in guiding, shaping and supporting the people function within the business.
