​Mollie is a Newly Qualified Solicitor in the Commercial team at Brandsmiths, having qualified in September 2025 after completing her training contract with the firm. Since joining Brandsmiths in May 2022, she has gained a wealth of experience as a Paralegal and Trainee before qualifying into the Commercial team.
 
Her practice centres on the media and entertainment industries, where she advises on a wide range of commercial matters including talent agreements, sponsorship deals, brand partnerships, licensing, merchandising and image rights. She has worked with high-profile clients from internationally recognised football clubs and elite athletes to leading influencers and talent management companies.
 
Mollie has particular experience supporting talent and sports agencies, helping them to structure and negotiate key contracts, secure commercial opportunities and safeguard the interests of their clients. She is trusted by clients for her dynamic and commercial approach, ensuring clients receive trusted, solutions-driven guidance tailored to their objectives.
