Job Title: Senior Marketing and BD Executive
Location: London or Manchester
Contract: Full time, ​Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)
Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 to 5:30 PM
Reports To: Director of Marketing and Business Development

Job Overview:
This role is an opportunity for an experienced Marketing and Business Development professional to play a pivotal role in driving the firm’s growth. You will support the execution of Marketing campaigns, Business Development initiatives and client engagement strategies that work to establish Brandsmiths' position as the #1 firm in IP. Working closely with the Director of Marketing & BD, lawyers and leadership team, you will contribute to building brand awareness, securing new business, and enhancing client relationships.

Main duties and responsibilities
- Lead the coordination and development of the firm’s rankings, awards submissions and key industry recognition opportunities.
- The management and development of client bids and tenders.
- Identify and integrate sponsorships and partnerships designed to enhance the awareness and reputation of the firm.
- Account-based marketing campaign planning and activation.
- Assist in the preparation of client pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Plan and activate Marketing’s role across all touchpoints designed to nurture and convert leads into the firm.
- Acquire client reviews, case studies, and testimonials to showcase the firm’s success stories.
- Work with each team to develop their personal brand through LinkedIn and thought leadership content.
