We are looking for up to 3 people to join our trade mark team between the levels of paralegal, part qualified or junior qualified trade mark attorney. The role(s) would be ideal for a self-motivated person wishing to join a thriving trade mark team in one of the UK's most forward-thinking law firms.

Responsibilities:
Would include, but would not be limited to:
Preparation and filing of applications for trade marks and designs.
Strategic advice re portfolio structure, IP reviews and audits and advising clients on filing strategies.
Preparation of reports for clients with large portfolios.
Advice on the use and availability of trade marks.
Preparing and conducting oppositions, invalidities and revocations .
Assisting the firm with marketing and business development as required.
Advising clients on registry objections and third party conflicts.
Supporting the firm in all IP matters as necessary (including IP litigation, commercial advice, due diligence, rights clearance etc).
