General Overview
Over the last 10 years, Brandsmiths has grown into the UK’s leading boutique IP law firm for the world's leading brands. Results and solution focused, they are pioneering change. The Front of House & Operations Assistant will be responsible for managing the firm's front-of-house operations, including reception, visitor management, phone-based enquiries and general office activities. This role will be the first point of contact for clients for Brandsmiths and act as a brand ambassador for the firm whilst providing a first class meet and greet.
This role will be working closely with the Executive Assistant to the SLT and have the opportunity to support operational projects within the firm. This will include process improvement initiatives as part of our growth phase.
