The Role:
We are looking for a someone who is organised, welcoming and confident. A Front of House and Operations administrator who is professional and thrives in a highly collaborative team environment. The candidate must be hands on and a self-starter. This position requires the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities amidst multiple and shifting priorities on a day-to-day basis.
This role would be suitable for someone who is looking to work in an office environment and wanting to step into the professional world.

We are looking for a Front of House and Operations administrator who is professional and thrives in a highly collaborative team environment.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answering the phone, forwarding and screening calls, passing on messages.
  • Greeting clients and welcoming visitors.
  • Receive and sort post, also dealing with deliveries and couriers.
  • Organising and booking travel, hotels for employees
  • Day-to-day assisting with the firm’s inquiries and dealing with various email enquiries.
  • Keeping records of stationery, ordering supplies, and ensure a tidy office environment.
  • Be involved with assisting the EA and Marketing team with specific projects as and when required, including internal events co-ordination and ad-hoc office duties.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a very high proficiency with the English language and professional presentation
  • High-quality experience with general administrative and clerical procedures
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and keyboarding skills
  • Keen ability to work independently and manage multiple and changing priorities.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a great teammate; always putting the firm first.
  • You will need to be polite, dependable and be good at problem solving.
  • Ability to communicate and support staff at all levels across both offices.
  • The ability to work under pressure and reach deadlines.
  • The ability to work autonomously.
  • Attention to detail.
