Brandsmiths is excited to announce that Niki Wilburn-Shaw has joined us as our first female partner. She takes the step to the IP specialists from JMW Solicitors, where she was Co-Head of the Sports Law Group.

Joining Brandsmiths as its eighth Partner, Wilburn-Shaw will play a key role in contributing to the continued success of Brandsmiths’ Sports department which acts for well known names such as Manchester United, Everton, Joe Joyce, Jesse Lingard and Umbro.

Having risen quickly through the ranks, Niki said “I’m delighted to join Brandsmiths. I think getting good results for clients is not solely about your technical knowledge, but about your ability to place yourself in your client’s shoes; and I know Brandsmiths are specialists at that.”
